Thailand Justice System
Thailand Justice System! There is no Justice, no equality in Thailand. Thai Laws and Courts are here to serve and protect the elites. Different scales of justice are used for the rich and the poor. Jail is for the Poor!
Drunk driver Patchuda Jairuan, 24-year old who slammed her car into a convoy of cyclists in Chiang Mai’s Doi Saket on May 3 last year, killing 3 and injuring 9, was sentenced yesterday to 2 years in jail BUT she is out on bail after filing an appeal. Viva “Thai Justice System”! 3 people killed while driving drunk then she appeals the lousy 2 years sentence and was granted bail by the Thai Justice System! Pathetic!
Janepob Veeraporn, turned monk after killing 2 graduate students. No worry, Spoiled rich Thai. Jail is for poor people in Thailand. You are above the law. The Thai justice circus called “trial” will end soon and you will be set free. Your rich uncle looks like that goofy looking Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwon. Oh well, Viva the “rich Chinese-Thai Elites”.
It’s all about connections and who do you know. The rich get away with murder. Money buys the Police, the judge and in-between. But if you oppose Junta or made a post on social media that doesn’t fit their agenda or you are poor with no “connections” or you like the color “Red”. You are simply fucked. You will land in Jail for years after a speedy trial with a couple of articles 39, 44 or 112.
The guy killed 2 graduate students and he is on the loose, while a post on Facebook against Junta will land you in Jail for 10 years. Amazing Thailand! Amazing Justice!
Thanthaphat Horsaengchai and her friend Kritsana Thaworn lost their life after that rich spoiled scumbag, Janepob Verraporn, drove his Mercedes-Benz with a speed exceeding 240 km/h into their ford fiesta. A scumbag as such should be arrested on the spot but not in Thailand. Now, its time to play with Thailand injustice system to keep that scumbag free!
Of course, the scumbag, Janepob left the accident with couple of scratches. Life cut short for the 2 graduate students! Why do good people die and bad people live!
Thanthaphat Horsaengchai,34 had a great short life. She had a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Assumption University. Master’s degree in leadership and management at a university in Sweden. She was enrolled for a second master’s degree in Buddhism at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. Amazing Young Lady! What a Waste of Life!
Orachorn “Praewa” Thephasadin na Ayudhya
Another “Thai Fucking Justice”, Praewa, a 16-year-old girl who drove her Honda Civic that crashed into a passenger van on Don Muang, killing 9 people, in 2010. She got 2 years suspended sentence. 9 people dead and not a day in Jail!
Vorayuth Yoovidhya, an heir to Thailand’s Red Bull energy-drink fortune, sped down in September, 2012, in his silver Ferrari and crashed into a police officer on motorcycle patrol. The police officer died at the scene; Vorayuth did not stop. He drove his battered sports car home, dragging the officer’s body some distance along the way.
Vorayuth is a grandson of Chaleo Yoovidhya, the self-made co-founder of the world’s most popular energy-drink company. The Yoovidhyas are worth $7.8 billion.
To make the story short, he fled to Singapore and never appeared for his indictment hearing in Bangkok.
Early on June 26, Anna Reese crashed her Mercedes into a parked police car killing the officer inside on the motorway road. Napadol, a 44-year-old inspector with the Suphanburi Police Department, was found dead with a cracked skull in the driver’s seat while Anna had minor injuries.
She refused to be arrested, yelling she was “not ready to be arrested. Anna was allowed to go home and wasn’t given an alcohol or drugs test until almost 12 hours later when she turned herself in. Of course, No jail time. This is Thailand. Jail is for Poor People! Rich people, 7 days as a nun or monk are more than enough!
