The death on Thailand roads never stops, another brutal week with no regard for human life. All over the map, Chiang Rai, Krabi and Phetchaburi.
If you plan to visit Thailand in the future, make sure that you have a good health insurance, Life insurance and write your well that is if you have a lot of money but If you have nothing, just pray as that will be your last day on Earth. Better Safe than Sorry!
Phetchaburi motorcycle fatal accident – 2/14/2017
On Valentine’s day at 14:20, Helmut Georg Schmidt (74) and his wife Anna Tangela (64), both German citizens were killed after colliding with a Honda Jazz. “Day of Love” turned to be “Day of Death” for the unfortunate couple.
Chiang Rai fatal accident – 2/15/2007
9 people were killed in Chiang Rai when a cement truck swerved across the Phahon Yothin road median strip and struck three vehicles, a van (9 Killed and 13-year-old-injured), a Honda Jazz (2 injured women) and a pickup truck at 2:40 pm on 2/15/2007.
Krabi fatal accident – 2/15/2007
A Thai driver and two French women aged 21 and 55 were killed after their Toyota Fortuner was struck by a speeding 10-wheeled truck coming from the opposite direction on Phetkasem Road in tambon Pakasai of Nua Khlong district at 1:00 pm.
The driver and a French woman died at the scene while another French woman died in the hospital.
The SUV, driven by 39-year-old Tanad Parnkawn, was carrying 4 French tourists, two women and two men, when the truck went out of control on a curve and flew over the road divider and hit the vehicle.
The french tourists had just left Lanta island and were heading to Krabi International Airport when the accident took place.
